User Media Rights & Copyright

Use only material you are legally allowed to upload, process and use for your intended project. This applies to new uploads, prompts, scripts and new uses of saved references, recordings, likenesses and generated media.

1. I own the material, have the necessary licenses or permissions, or otherwise have a lawful basis for the intended use. Being able to download a file, buying a product, or appearing in a photo does not by itself establish those rights.
2. My rights must cover the uses I request, including uploading, storage, processing by the selected AI providers, editing, generation and any intended commercial publication. I will comply with license conditions, including attribution and restrictions on modification or advertising.
3. For identifiable people, voices and likenesses, I have any consent or other authorization required for the intended use. I will not use the service for unauthorized impersonation or falsely imply an endorsement or a person's real product experience.
4. I authorize 2Brothers AI Video Studio and the providers involved in my requested workflow to process my inputs to operate that workflow. This acknowledgement does not transfer ownership of my material to 2Brothers.
5. I will review outputs before publishing and will not knowingly infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights. Public-domain status, fair use and other legal exceptions depend on the facts; the application does not decide those questions for me.
6. Generation success, a provider accepting a request, or this acknowledgement does not prove ownership, clear a license, guarantee copyright in an AI output, or approve earlier uses of saved media. Provider policies and the application's existing safety checks still apply.

This is a user rights acknowledgement, not an automated copyright check, a license certificate, or a replacement for the service's full Terms and Privacy Policy.
